No it’s hard plastic - mannequin can’t bend or articulate

Are the arms easy to remove to dress?

Hi there, The arms are super easy to put on AND remove! You just pull up on the arm and it comes right off. Easy breezy...... Hope this helps! I would definitely recommend this product!

Can you easily change bottoms on this mannequin?

Well...I wouldn't say it's easy or hard...It's tiediuous. You have to lift thd leg out of the stand, get one leg in first, because it is kind of far from the other one, then kinda stretch the bottoms to get the other leg in. I love this mannequin, worth the money. She is tall tho, slightly above average. And wears a size 0-2.
