This case arrived LITERALLY brand new as far as I can see - it was in its original box with ALL of the original factory accessories in place, and still in all of their wrappings. The Case was in pristine condition, and it is a GORGEOUS case to boot! It is still running beautifully with clean white lines and sturdy construction, 3 months later. You will NOT regret this purchase!!!!I already owned one of these (Fractal Design Series 7), in black with the black solid side panel no glass or mesh, and I loved building in it so much that I decided I would like to purchase another. In particular, the noise levels from it are exceptionally quiet. I discovered this series of cases in 2020 while doing a deep dive search for "best quiet case" on the market, because I wanted to make the most low-key, gets the job done silently, kind of PC for Momma. I was literally so impressed by the case I bought for her, that I set out to find one for myself 3 years later, AFTER doing a search of current ones -and even ordering one!! I ordered the new Fractal Design "North" and it was as gorgeous as it looks. However., the noise! Oh man, like a jet engine in an airplane hangar with the doors closed and Metallica playing a live set in the tailfire winds. So, I immediately regretted NOT getting the one I loved so much for Momma, and wanted to find this. Unfortunately, finding this proved utterly impossible. (If you're looking at this listing, you may have also found out the same thing by now! VERY important tip, do NOT buy from any website that looks sketchy and offers this case for cheap -there is a scam website "based" in North Carolina whose name I forget. I discovered they are scamming people for cc data (through research, thankfully) and want you to avoid them too! BUY THIS CASE!!!)This case in black was available widely, but this case in WHITE like this one I purchased, was impossible to find anywhere for less than ~$410 at the time I made the purchase (late March/Early April). It arrived in perfect condition, and in less than 3 days when the shipping said a week. I literally truly could not be any happier with this seller, they found me my DREAM case which was sold out everywhere online and they did so at a fair price. It was actually slightly LESS than retail, despite its scarcity, while other sites are doubling the price as I said.You can trust this seller. I did, and they literally made a dream come true for me, in time to make my next stream where I had already advertised the PC would be built. Purchased this for the case's HDD capacity and was impressed by the overall build quality.I got this to build a NAS chiefly for Plex and was surprised by how great this case was. This thing is nicer and (shockingly) quieter than my Coolmaster Silencio while apparently offering better thermals even in a configuration that maximizes soundproofing over thermals if Gamers Nexus is to be believed.I particularly appreciate the built-in fan controller, magdoors, vertical GPU mounting support and USB C port. It even has a disk drive bay available. Of course the real star of the show is the modularity of the interior design which, in all my years building and following pc building trends, is unmatched.I've seen modular cases before, but one that could support an ATX build with a full size modern GPU with tidy cable management, AND a drive bay, AND a disk drive AND space for liquid cooling all at once in this form factor? Unheard of as far as I know.This case can pretty much handle ANY and every type of build project. A server, a gaming rig, a quiet HMPC or a jack-of-all-trades. What separates this case from others with lots of room is how creative you can get and as a result the potential longevity of this case.If you build systems on the regular and for whatever reason want to purchase 1 case platform for all potential scenarios, this is the case you need.I'm using this as a server presently, but if I wanted to repurpose the case for a gaming rig or something else, this would be a breeze in this case. This thing is shockingly quiet too.My only two caveats: get more fans, you want to take advantage of as many fan openings as possible. the instructions are lackluster, use youtube to figure out how to move around the layout.
