BentoHeaven Bento Box Replacement Spare Parts

I lost the strap around my bento box and was happy to see this company offers a replacement package. Now I have extra utensils plus extra parts. Highly recommend this company!

I love my BentoHeaven box but after two years of lunches I have misplaced some of the parts (they're probably in a drawer in my kitchen, but they are not coming to the top). These OEM replacements are great!

These are perfect they do exactly what they say as sometimes the Bento Box pieces get lost. They are very sturdy and match the Bento heaven design aesthetic.

Love it, we use it everyday. My coworkers ste pretty envious of it. I haven't used the cutlery it goes with since it's flat

October 22, 2017 - Last Friday one of my kids accidentally cracked one of the bento lids badly enough that it is unusable. I remembered when I ordered the bento boxes (I got two of them) that the seller also offered spare parts. I quickly found the sales page on amazon, gave a quick look at the photo, saw the lid and placed my order. The item arrived today(Sunday) and I was really happy to have it before preparing lunches on Monday.Where I opened the package, there was no lid. Very confused I went back to the product sales page. I saw the same picture with the lid, silverware, and straps. Then I read the product description more closely(I only glanced at it before). To my surprise, the lid wasn't included. It was the silverware, straps and silicone parts.People rely on product photos for a reason and I think it's very misleading to have photo of the bento boxes lid in a picture of replacement parts. A black background for the silverware would have accomplished the same thing. The seller should either remove the lid from the product photo or include a lid with the items.As it stands, I've decided not to return the item since I'll probably need them anyway. But of the two bento boxes I had ordered, I now have to use one as a single layer bento since there is no way I can see to get a new lid.Edit (January 7, 2018) - The seller did reach out to me and offered to send me a new lid. I appreciated the extra effort, and the needed lid. They also said they'd rethink the picture. As of today the picture is the same, but I hope they change it. Because they did reach out I've upped the review from 2 to 4 starts. I would have put it at 3.5 stars because the confusing picture is still there, but you can't do half stars and 3 stars is too harsh after they did try to make things right.
