now that this is finally installed, i get a good view from the rear view mirrow through the mesh, and it stops fur getting into the cabin.However, it is massively oversized so be prepared to send the one you bought back, and order another , smaller one.Better to have a one larger than you need than smaller and won't fit. At least with scissors to cut off the 'door' flaps covering the mesh, which got int the way of vision.Also buy sturdy nappy pins- get 50 in a plastic box, both of which, the box and the nappy pins, are good value. the mappy pins i bought from amazon didn't have movable heads though, so no good for a baby, but plenty good for tightly folding the crate cover into position around the crate, so you have maximum visibility through the boot to traffic at your rear. Duct tape doesn't work on it, garden wire wrap around didn't work, it's own elastic straps didn't fit although were sturdy.so, buy crate and measure,buy crate cover perhaps smaller size than web says, buy nappy pins in box, scissors. Be happy you'll have so much less hoovering of fur in the car.Truely, i wouldn't be without it : D

This crate cover fits well and the zippers work well. The hooks and Velcro hold it in place, even in windy conditions. However it is NOT water resistant. After a brief shower the bed and toys were dripping wet. The access for a handle in the top only has Velcro on one side, leaving 2 sides open. Therefore this is only good for indoors use.

I did a lot of research before purchasing a crate cover and I am so pleased I went for this one. As a show kennel, we use it to cover our crate at dog shows, so needed something smart and practical but durable and able to cope with sun/rain/wind etc, whilst also being easy to attach and take down again. This cover ticks the boxes on all fronts and feels like a really well made quality product.In addition, because it fits the crate so well and has extra clips and velcro (which attach easily) the dogs feel really cosy and secure in it, so even our dog who didn't particularly like crates before, now loves his secure space and actively looks to go in. I couldn't recommend highly enough, very pleased.

Not had a small dog in many years, but still had a old medium sized crate that has seen better days. It is still safe to use just ugly. Cover fits it perfectly and makes puppy feel more secure. One of the zips was sewn on upside down so therefore unable to open, but as I wasn’t going to open the door on that side it is not a problem. Much nicer than using a blanket to cover the crate.

Overall I do I like this product, it helps create a safe, dark space for my puppy when things get a little overwhelming.The material is pretty durable though I am yet to try it outside with the claim of water resistance.I will note that if your puppy/dog likes to chew on whatever they can get their chops on, then I would not recommend this product due to the way the cover attaches to the crate - velcro straps and plastic hooks which attach to the crate itself.Also, I have a 36 inch crate and bought the large cover which surprisingly can cater to an extra inch in length, width and most likely height which some people may not appreciate but I like that I can just pop it over the crate and not run the risk of snags/tears from being a snug fit.

A well thought out cover with plenty of flaps, velcro fastners and hooks to keep the cover in place.

Really good quality, excellent fit, dog slept well. Remember to fasten the two Velcro straps, otherwise they get chomped.
