Works perfect! It's supposed to be mounted to the wall but to be honest I already had some nails in the 2x4's so I made it work for me! I never used my bands before because I forgot where they were or had to hunt for them. Now it's right where I can see it.Don't laugh at my rubber band holding it, it was for temporary placement and I'll add a nail to it to make it straight, or not. My garage gym homies will get it.

Took me a couple minutes to install and it’s compact and efficient. Seems robust although I’m not planning to overload it.Good if you are running into space constrains or if you want to have the resistance bands visible for easy accessibility

This hanger is definitely geared for a home gym. While I did keep the two I purchased, I have to say they are limited to the number of bands you can hang per row, especially if the bands are wide and/or do not have loops as shown in the picture.If the company could offer another option that is longer, much wider and with generous spacing between rows, to accommodate thicker bands, businesses would benefit as well.

I bought this to hold the springs for my Pilates springboard. It is sturdy and easy to hang. Be sure to hit a stud.
