Absolutely love these! Wonderful way to take heat with you wherever you go. Traveling in car I can sooth my painful knees with out worrying about plugging in a heating pad. I’ve even taken them to a concert. Small enough to fit in my handbag. Really happy with my purchase. One of the first pair had a problem, but the customer service was great. Replacement was easy and done quickly. These are worth every penny to me.

I ordered the product for myself. It arrived very quickly. The product did not turn on, guessing perhaps the battery. I contacted their customer service, they were so polite and helpful. They sent me a new item the next day. I received the new item and it worked as it should.I would definitely buy again from this group. They care about their customers.

They get really warm and feel really nice.. howevere they dont fit as well as I would like.. i have to adjust them frequently if I'm standing or walking around but if you're sitting down being still they're fantastic

Actually, it works good at the beginning. But no more than 2 months, the Velcro closure was loose and the worst thing is the battery was totally dead.

These heated knee wraps have a really cool concept, but even after a full charge (which takes hours), the heat shuts off after only one hour. The highest temperature is the only one that actually helps with my chronic knee pain (the other temps are weak), and it's almost worthless if it lasts only an hour when I'm out and about.Comfort-wise, they're not bad, and they're supportive. I can bend my knees okay while they're on, and there are no hard parts digging into my legs. The velcro is fairly secure, although I periodically have to readjust it. If there was a size smaller, I would get it so there would be less leftover material and less readjusting. But this size should fit an average man or woman appropriately.These knee wraps aren't too heavy, even with the battery pack on the side. I love the idea, and wish the heat actually lasted as long as the product page claims. It does not. Also, they smell really bad, and strongly of burnt rubber. But they're convenient and easy to use. So I'd recommend this product IF those negatives will not bother you. I'm still on the fence.

Doesn't get hot or even warmer than it is at room temperature. However, I gave it a 2 star because even without the battery, the fabric is rather warming. I would take one at a lower price without the battery and be happy.

They work good on my mama's knee. She has rheumatoid arthritis. Easy for her to use. nice to have rechargeable batteries
