i ordered recently... and thought it will be new one... but it delivered Refurbished ...

Good laptop.
Bought a HP G2 13" for me and so impressed with that, that we bought this one for the missus. Both through ACT supplier that said ' Amazon backed'-good enough for me. This one has touch screen as well. Computer seems good but charger cable was in very poor condition. Lucky one it replaced was the same exact type.Only other issue so far is Microsoft is using it more than we are with updates to Windows 10, filling up the storage capacity. And that's a pain in the arse!L.
