works, pretty sturdy and weather proof looks great !
I mounted it outside my Patio bar in a sheltered area , I live in a mild climate . The switch is nicely accessable and loots vintage. They give you an extra bulb and they are LED so runs at least 8 hours on two AA batteries . Finally got a neat made in China piece, it was triple boxed and arrived perfect !

I have to say this piece is awesome - looks amazing in my bar....very authentic retro look. Way to go! I just ordered two additional pieces from them. Also, their customer service is second to none! They reply instantly and are super helpful.
