It definitely helps position your shoulders better. It takes some getting used to, as it pinches your underarms (even though I went with the largest size). I am 5’-11” tall and weigh 250 lbs. it has helped my chest workouts. I just take it on and off periodically to keep the blood flowing.

I went by the weight that it says and it’s too small, too tight it leaves marks around my armpits

Great product…helps keep you down and back…exactly as advertised.However the sizing runs small. Based on Spud’s recommendation, I bought a medium…too small. I wear a 42 jacket, so I ordered a large. Still too small, so got a XL…which fits perfectly.

I fit the Small recommendation by all accounts (weight, small bones, not very bulky upper body, etc.) and it was unwearable--I immediately started to lose circulation in my right arm. I exchanged for Medium and it's just right.

I thought I’d really like this but it’s super uncomfortable and way too tight. I got the specs for a small but can’t even take it off without the help of another person or awkwardly using a door handle. Maybe a larger size would have been a better experience??

So unlike to other review I ordered the right size and it does seem to do the job of straightening out my upper back and shoulders. I have shoulder separation pretty bad at the clavicle and so far this has relieved most the pain and soreness by holding everything together. Now I'm going to try and use it while betching to see if I can push some weight with it on.

Does what it is designed to do. A little pricey for the product though. There are others out there that will do the same for less money
