Q: What are the actual physical dimensions of this horn?

It is small enough to fit in the horn slot of a 1996 GL1500 without alterations. I do not know the exact size but it has served me well and the current draw is minimal. I do not know the actual dimensions it should be listed on the product.

Yes, there are two horns included with the kit. Each horn operates at a different frequency, e.g., one at 400 Hz, the other at 500 Hz.

Q: anyone mounted these on bmw r12gs (water cooled)? need additional relay or just plug&play?

I put them on several Yamaha FJR1300s. They were plug and play, no relay. And as loud as a good car horn.

Q: Are these horns polarity sensitive? Does it matter which contact is connected to the positive or the ground?
