I needed this last minute for my work headset and it got the job done great!

Doesn't last long
There's an echo in the mic while using this cord, after about a month the microphone is either totally dead or, if you move the cord just right for it to work at all, just unintelligible, ear-splitting crackling noises for anyone you're talking to.Listening still functions perfectly with this cord for both I've had, but the mic is a serious dealbreaker for a gaming headset.
