I’m a gym person but in lockdown I decided to give a try to this supplement.... Usually I excercise on daily basis but I see very less difference in my body and then I buy this product and seen a lot a diffrence in my body. I ate this before 30 of doing my exercise and meal. After eating this I wait for 30 mins and then I eat my meal and then I do excersise. I do this on regular basis and also twice a day. For me it's works very good and also it's very easy to swallow.
