Super B Energy Complex

Great vitamin supplement. By Dr. even said it replaces Viagra.

Believe every positive review you read about this product.....It changed my life within 24 hours of taking it. I do a lot of review reading and have seen it all. I have seen consumers blame products for their illnesses, wellness, side effects, trips to the doctor’s office, boosted energy levels, fatigue.....You name it. I purchased this supplement with very low expectations because I don’t believe that one tiny pill can make a huge difference. I have been on at least a multivitamin since I turned 30 twenty-five years ago and every now and then would tack on another supplement to see how I would feel. It wasn’t until after I took this B complex soft gel that I realized I was severely vitamin B deficient. Within 12 hours of taking it I started to sleep through the night and not feel groggy and disoriented throughout the day. I have taken one soft gel with food every day for three or four days and it has truly changed my life. At one point I was so weak and exhausted during the day that I was contemplating having a sleep study done. The best way I can describe how I felt prior to taking it was as if I as if I was moving through molasses during the day, struggling to be alert and not lay down by 2:00 PM to get off my feet. Since I started taking this supplement, my daytime fogginess has disappeared and I have actually slept through the night for the first time in about three years. It may not be for everyone because I realize that not everyone is vitamin B deficient, but I didn’t know that I was until I tried this supplement. Over the years I have tried several different B complex tablets, but didn’t like the aftertaste, side effects, and the fact that the tablets were not being fully absorbed. Obviously, this one is different because it’s in gel form and it’s probably better absorbed. I never knew that a little pill could make such a difference. This is a supplement my body really needs and I will probably take it for the rest of my life.

1. These are a softgel, small and easy for me to swallow. 2. The prices fluctuate- I try to buy them on sale. 3. They come in assorted bottle sizes so I don’t have to keep a lot on hand. 4. They don’t have an unusual smell like some of the B complex tablets that I have purchased in the past. 5. Since B vitamins are water soluble, it is easy for me to take one of these once a day.

Perfect B complex for daily energy. Noticed improved focus and less fatigue. Good immune support during winter. Great value pack.

Started taking this complex on advice from the Doc (He knew what he was talking about). Within days, We felt a marked improvment in our Immune System, supplements are easy to swallow. Love Nature Made excellent brand.

Dear Prospective Buyer of these Super B Complex Supplements, These are darkish little pill thingies that measure about 3mm by 7mm in an ovoid-type shape. They are a gel cap. If you chew on them you won't enjoy the bitter taste from the liquid inside. I'd highly recommend not chewing on them. Still trying to get the taste out of my mouth now. Bottle is mostly empty when you get it, but you get what you bought, so stop whining about the large bottle. Just throw it in the recycling when used up next to your cleaned plastic plates and sporks. Finally, the meat of it (sorry if you are Vegan, just an expression): Does these make you feel better and/or give you more energy? .... maybe? *shrugs* I can't honestly give a solid answer, but I'd like to think so? It's a bit like donating $5 to my local PBS station each year... I'd like to think it helps? Pros: - Comes in a super-sturdy, over-sized container. - Small pills are easy to swallow. - Doesn't upset Mr. Tummy (btw- never upset Mr. Tummy... he always wins..) - Impresses female friends who mistake it for.. umm... other purposes. Cons: - Comes in a super-sturdy, over-sized container. - Tastes bitter if you chew them if you are OCD like me and can't help doing so. - There's no cotton in the bottle. (Was never sure why it was there in others, but now I miss it.) 5/5

Lo compré por prescripción médica, y justo esta marca. Me pareció buen precio y la marca es sinónimo de calidad, cada cápsula tiene ese olor a vitamina b, vienen en presentación gel caps. Que lo hace mucho más fácil de ingerir y digerir. Lo recomiendo al 100 %

Excelente calidad en esta marca!

Es la mejor marca en Complejo B, aunque cuesta un poco más. En Estados Unidos de América es mucho más barato.

Llevo tomándolo como más de 1 semana, me lo recomendó una nutrióloga aunque era otra marca pero por disponibilidad compré este y me ha dado la función que es, osea si me ha funcionado solo no lo tomo cuando no hago ejercicio
