Does it contain sugar or it's pure agar agar?

no sugar and much better than gelatin. I have been using it for years. Need very little and has to be used with hot liquid

Does this product contain corn products: cornstarch, modified food starch, dextrose, maltodextrin?

They don't say anything like that are included However there are warning California law warning , may contains chemical knowing to cause cancer, birth defect.

What's the expiration date on it?

Hello, I don't buy packages anymore as I use it all the time. therefore I buy it by 500gr in a big plastic container and there is no expiration date on it. You should not worry about the expiration date as AGAR AGAR can be kept I would say for many months. Hope this help

I bought this to make the viral crystal candy ... these 3 bags will last forever!!! Such a good deal, it works awesome, currently very impatiently letting my crystal candy dry out (it's been 8 days lol) but this stuff is great!!! They don't expire for almost 2 years out and I will ALWAYS come back to this brand again and again!!
