i got one to try and i ended up ordering another one for my parents. after a long day of work, this eye massager with heat definitely help me release alot of stress and tension on my eyes and the heat function is amazing. most of the time i just knocked out because of how comfortable is it. great quality, easy to used.

It’s honestly one of the best investments I’ve made for my health. I get migraines and headaches frequently and was recommended to use this. I have used this about 3 times now and it has really helped to get rid of my headaches. The heat and the air pressure works really great. However I found that the vibration setting and the music aggravated my headaches. I haven't been a fan of the vibration setting as it is quite loud, but the music is nice when I am just using it to relax. My husband has also used this a few times. He feels like it doesn't do anything for his headaches and even mentioned that the air pressure sound was irritating and didn't help his headaches at all. On the other hand, the mask fits my face really great and sits perfectly on my temples. My husbands head is larger than mine and because of that it doesn't quite reach his temples. So this wasn't that great for him. I know there are more settings that can be used, but I have only messed with the basics. There are a few different songd you can listen to and there are different air pressures as well. I use the highest one and I feel like it works great. not to hard, but not to soft either. It is very straight forward, the only struggle is at first learning the buttons when the mask is on, but that's easy to learn

This has an adjustable head strap. The massager has heat and massage. It talks to you and lets you know what to expect. You can change the settings to your liking. It is very relaxing. Don't be surprised if you fall asleep.

TL;DR Very uncomfortable unless you have the perfectly sized face. Hard plastic digs into the side of temples and nose. Massage feature is louder than the relaxing music. Do no recommended. I bought this after reading positive reviews and seeing the “great” Black Friday deal. The product looked premium, and the original price seemed to reflect that and gave me confidence in making the purchase. I was hoping this would be a comfortable mask that I could use during the day when I’m working night shift as well as to get some extra rest/relaxation on flights. As soon as I tried it on I instantly regretted my purchase. I believed the padding would be sufficient to make the mask comfortable, but in reality the only padding is to cover the massage components. The hard plastic pushes hard on the side of my temples, between my eyebrows and on the top of my nose no mater how I adjust the mask or the adjustable nylon strap. I then thought turning the unit on may help because of the inflatable massaging but it only inflates in small areas at a time, so although it would get comfortable for about 5-8 seconds sometimes, it would get even more uncomfortable for just as long. The music the mask plays when you turn it on is nice and pretty relaxing, but the sound of the components for the massager are so loud it’s barely audible excepts for random sections where the music doubles in volume for seemingly no reason(my assumption is that the shifting of the mask during the massaging process may be the reason for volume differences but I can’t confirm this theory because I gave up caring about the product to do any further testing.) On top of those complaints it didn’t even block out 100% of light. It wasn’t enough light to have been an issue for me personally as I’m used to sleeping in areas with plenty of light, but I could see it being enough light bleed that someone who is more sensitive to light being very disturbed by it. I will say that the warming feature is nice which surprised me because that’s the one feature I doubted I’d care about when I initially purchased it. I could see it being even nicer during cold nights. I gave the product a chance for about an hour before I completely gave up and said it wasn’t for me. Trying to be an optimist I thought maybe the product just isn’t for someone my size (6’2” 190lbs, with a slightly large head 7 5/8 hat size) and I asked my fiancé (5’4” 105 lbs, what I’d consider an average sized head for someone her size, don’t know her hat size) to give it a try without telling her any of my own complaints. Within minutes she had her own similar complaints. The plastic didn’t dig into he temples as much as it did mine, but she said it put a lot of pressure onto her nose and pretty much everything else I stated above. Needless to say this product will be getting returned which is honestly a shame because the idea has potential. I could honestly get past all my complaints accept for the comfort. I believe if they had just put a layer of memory foam around the edge of all the plastic that could potentially come in contact with your face it would be a much more comfortable product. Even then I’d still feel ripped off, I just wouldn’t bother returning it and ordering a regular sleep mask. I could see this being comfortable for someone with the perfect shaped face, but at this price you’d be better off just getting a regular sleep mask as all the features that are suppose to make this a premium product really aren’t that good. In theory this product is a dream come true, but in reality it’s just another product someone came up with to get rich quick by selling it in an air plane catalogue and airport gift shops, and was then mass produced and rebadged by every third party manufacturer that could support it and sold online for them make there own quick buck. My honest recommendation to anyone who reads this and still has that small thread of hope and believes maybe I’m just a cynic and the features seem so cool and if you try hard enough you’ll find the perfect one; just accept defeat, don’t waste your time, buy a regular sleep mask. These products just aren’t worth it and after experiencing this and really thinking about it, even if the mask was comfortable, and there was no light bleed - there is no way to make the massage components quiet enough that would justify this being a premium product when it’s literally on your face. At $30, I could see it being worth it for the right person, but anymore than that I just don’t believe you’ll receive any value.
