GROHE 32642003 Eurosmart, Single Hole Single-Handle S-Size Bathroom Faucet 1.2 GPM, Chrome

This is a beautiful, heavy & well made faucet. The installation was easy. It took a lot more time to dismantle the old faucet & drain than installing this new faucet. Do NOT use plumber’s putty with this install. Grohe includes black rubber gaskets that plumber’s putty will dry out & degrade – eventually creating a leak. Those gaskets work great at keeping the drain & faucet from leaking water.If you don’t use the black rubber gaskets, you can use plumber’s putty. You can also use a bead of clear silicone around the drain & around the faucet if you want belt & suspenders. We went with the gaskets & teflon tape around the metal drain threads. Don’t use teflon tape or anything on the hot/cold water connections. And don’t overtighten things. It’s a good idea to keep the inside of the sink cabinet clear for at least 24 hours to make sure you don’t have any leaks. Use the sink/faucet & check for any little drips that may occur with a loose pipe connection.Grohe has good videos showing installation and there are good videos on YouTube. Grohe makes good faucets. We have several & they have all been excellent & easy to install.

Love this faucet! I don't usually go very modern with styles but I really enjoy the clean (and CLEANABLE) look of this one. A single hole is the way to go. The handle glides easily from hot to cold. My most favorite feature, and the deciding factor in my purchase, is that the water stream is angled forward and away from the rear of the sink. This prevents splashing out on the back countertop area and helps when washing your face. The only feature that could be improved is the drain stopper rod. It's somewhat floppy and doesn't look pretty. I notice some people just don't install it, and use a pop-up drain instead but we didn't want that.

I am a professional plbg. contractor. Just unboxed this today and install in a customers project. Leaks like a sieve when it is turned on.. Pours out from inside the body. Now I have to scramble up something else for a final inspection in 2 days. Really Grohe. I will be calling you.

I got the Small Brushed Nickel model. Design Great, Color and Size are Great, Install was Easy. Looks great with our small sink and cabinet. Definitely a recommended buy. The faucet angled out works great for those in the know of its benefits, truly a must for a small sized sink. Build quality is great, feels nicely weighted and has very smooth operation. Love it!

I ordered this to use on a new modern shallow basin GROHE sink.Unfortunately the sink has a small lip around the faucet hole preventing this faucet from seating properly and covering the hole completely.This isn't my 1st GROHE faucet, I consider them a mid to high end faucet and have performed flawlessly for years.Something I was counting on from the listing and the same information for this faucet is incorrect on the GROHE USA website is, this does NOT have the AquaGuide bubbler, instead it's a standard bubbler.The AquaGuide bubbler is adjustable, allowing you to change the flow of water coming out and controls any splashing. This is something I definitely wanted for my very shallow sink.This also has an older style plunger to control the stopper. It looks like a wire coming out of the back of the faucet. This comes with the new matching drain and stopper.I'm not a fan of this type of drain stopper so ordered a push down style, and placed a dab of silicone over the plunger hole on the unseen back of the faucet.Overall I'm pleased with it quality even though it didn't work out with my GROHE sink, IL use it in a spare bath. Just Remember if you're in need and shopping for a GROHE faucet with AquaGuide, even though it says it is, I can confirm it is NOT!Hopefully this was helpful, Thank you!

Defective faucet received. Water gushing down from the mounting column where the cold/hot water hoses connected inside as they are connected very loosely. Very disappointing.
