I'm 5'6" at 154-165 lbs. should I get a medium or large?

I'm a 5'3" woman weighing 159 lbs. I bought an XL last year when I weighed 177 lbs. They fit last year, but now, at 159 lbs., they are a more comfortable fit.

So i wear a medium in under armour, should i stick with the same size in these?

What you should do is... grab a soft tape measure, take your body measurements, swipe to the second product picture, compare your measurements to the provided sizing chart, order appropriately and tah dah! You'll get the best size for your body regardless of what size you wear from another company.

Can i mix and match if i want to buy 2 pair?
