Peppered Cow BBQ Rub from the Simply Marvelous Championship BBQ Team is competition tested and approved. Formulated by championship BBQ pitmaster, Stephan Franklin of Simply Marvelous BBQ. A unique blend of different peppercorns and spices. Suggested use is for beef, particulary BBQ brisket. Can be very strong in flavor, use sparingly. Contains MSG 5LB Bag - good for catering or competition use. Ingredients: Spices including paprika, salt, dry honey (refinery syrup, honey), dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion, mono-sodium glutamate, brown sugar, citric acid, natural flavor, and not more than 1% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.
