Each arm comes with (2) silicone tips with no extra charge!

Q: How much weight can the hand handle?

The arms are designed to hold small lightweight items such as circuit boards. Each arm can hold about a quarter of a pound or 4 oz. You can use several arms together to support heavier items.

Q: What is the maximum jaw opening width? Is it the same as the 12" and 16" arms? Thanks

The maximum jaw opening is 3/8". It is exactly the same for the 8", 12" and 16" arms. The optional silicone covers will reduce this opening somewhat. But they easily slip on an off as needed.

Q: Are there longer versions of this? I used a 16" version to hold a flashlight but lost it. Thanks.

There is a 12 inch version and 16 inch version generally available on Amazon. Sometimes we run out of stock though which is likely the case now. We'll be shipping more to Amazon within a couple of days.
