This glove makes application of self tanner easy and applies it evenly. There is a liner on the inside of the glove so no self tanner penetrates through to your hand! It also has a gathered elastic wrist so it stays securely on your hand during application. Even though it comes in contact with the self tanner, the glove doesn't seem to absorb the tanner (I use a mousse tanner), so there is not a need to clean the glove after every use. I've used mine approx. 5 times so far and have not rinsed or washed it between applications and it seems fine. I may wash it lightly after, say, the entire bottle of self tanner is used, but seems to apply tanner just fine without being washed every time. I leave mine air dry between applications. It also is VERY soft and feels wonderful against the skin. It keeps your hand fully covered so you don't have an orange hand by the time you are done applying :-) The small fingertip face applicator works just as well! I highly recommend this set over others mainly because of the inner liner and the elastic wrist. I doubt you'd regret this purchase!!

This was a great set for a first time self-tanner. I purchased it to apply a tanning mousse and it worked perfectly. The inside of the mitts are lined so it protects your hands. They are very soft and the the tanner went on smooth and even. I also felt like I got most of the tanning product on my skin, not left behind on the glove, which was great. The tanning mousse was expensive so im happy to know I wasn't wasting alot of it by applying with a mitt. I liked the bonus exfoliating glove. It worked great with a little soap in the shower before. Definitely a great deal, and much more cost effective than buying the kit fron the self tanning company to get just one large glove.

Edit: I ripped off the elastic part and now it is PERFECTTT. Obviously this mitt is far superior if you just glance at the reviews - I just wanted to add one small disgruntlement. I’m large framed but super skinny (5’10, 135-140 lbs chica). But I always had short wide hands. The opening to mitt is very tight. This is both a blessing and a curse. If we could tan ourselves without changing mitt sides that would be a blessing as the mitt wouldn’t budge, but to reach all inches crevices and nooks and crannies I like to frequently change hands. Besides the obvious arms, I get a more even tan on torso back chest tummy sides and legs this way as I’m not favoring my dominant side. So, for my plump hand, it’s hard to slip my hand in and out of. It’s probably not worth detracting a star. I just did it to get attention so people will read this and know about it in case their hands are so morbidly obese they’d never fit it mitt. Lol. Wash your mitt in first rinse off shower. Dirty mitts produce streaks. The long handled device this company also sells to afix this mitt onto is a life saver!!! Also if that’s not your bag, the long mitt-material back and forth back thing is cool too (I have both depending on mood and also use for my thrice daily moisturizing and spf applications on the back). Ahhh independence! Such amazing quality with plastic lining as to not dirty hands (I still use surgical gloves out of habit). The little face one is such a great idea and I use that during my main “tan” and a Duffy foundation makeup brush I dedicated for tanning for touch ups (I utilize those for hands and feet as well as back and front of neck, ears, décolletage, other small bits I may not be thinking of). These people are leaders in tan accoutrement. I am eagerly awaiting my tan product they promised they would send me when I reviewed my first product they sent which was the long handled device to afix the mitt to. I chose the dark tan product. I use these mitts with gels; lotions; mousses; fake bake type sprays. Anything that needs rubbing in. It makes a huge difference. I rub in with mitt in long strokes as opposed to smaller circular motions with hands. Airbrush mists I just mist on sans rubbing but I use them only when crunched for time cuz they get all over my walls, floor (subsequently feet bottoms), and hair. In fact maybe I’ll save them for my back ONLY!!! With this mitt and my other nice products I’m looking like a bronze goddess!!!!! No streaks in site and aside from >10 years ago (unsuccessful attempt), this is my first summer I’ve decided I’m going to be fake tanning! Research and the right tools are key!

Solo he probado la manopla y es Excelente. Protege muy bien las manos y es fácil de manejar. Me habría gustado que hubiera una talla más pequeña.

Smoothes on well, very even coverage, BUT the mitt absorbs the majority of the product so you waste a lot and can only apply a very thin layer. The same exfoliating glove can be purchased at a dollar store.
