This is a really great value for the money. The quality of this thread is really nice. It's well waxed and works really well. I really love the variety of colors, especially all the browns. I use these threads in leather projects and so far I've been able to use each color thread with a purpose. One thing to note, is that the thread tends to gain a lighter color as it's being used. I think this is a effect of the type of wax that was used on the thread. For example, the dark gray looks like a light gray once I've stitched it into the leather. It's not a deal-breaker at all, but it is something to take note of. It's much more noticeable on darker colors, whereas it's almost not noticeable on the lighter colors. I would definitely recommend this color set to anyone that wants to have lots of colored waxed thread.

This is the same thread that comes with many of those "starter kits" but I find that it doesn't need to be specialty or expensive. I've been using this thread for a long time and it's inexpensive but strong, slides through leather cleanly and comes in a host of colors. The rolls are a nice size and the braided strands thread nicely on needles. Highly recommend.

I ordered this to make Dream Catchers with, not to bead, or sew leather. it worked just fine for me, and I have no complaints. I do advise someone that is using seed beads, you will need a threader. This is just to thick, and waxy to slip a bead on. It looks great on a dream catcher, and I use less of this item than the hemp I used. I will order more of this for sure to make dream catchers with. More colors, and very sturdy!
