I was able to install from the other side of the wall, so no heavy tear out. Quality fixtures. The water pressure is strong in spite of the government mandates (remove the inner aerator). The handles feel heavy and durable. The shower head sprays strong and heavy.

I like it. Exactly as pictured and fits nicely with our rustic look bathroom. Did not fit existing plumbing but it includes what was needed. Not sure if I wasn't already doing work on the plumbing if I'd tear into the wall just for this set. Shower head is small (Reason for the 4 Stars). We replaced it with something bigger from a home improvement store, costing more than the original kit. Great for the price.

WE$ like this unit very much, we just dislike the one handle self adjusting water temperature valves, this companyput a lot of intelligence in its manufacture, the design of the fittings were well designed to be a retro fit The only thing I did not like was that the cold knob cannot be reposition to open and close in the expected directionOtherwise and still buy it

We ordered this faucet because the look matches our house stylistically. Looks can be deceptive. First, there's no mounting tabs so roughing it in is a process in tedium. A couple of clamps later and it was in place but would have been a lot better if it just had tabs molded in to it. It makes for a very difficult and janky rough in experience. Then, once we got that set up and had the shower and tub supply lines set up I connected a PEX fitting for each hot and cold. The hot was fine with no worries. The cold will not stop a slight drip. Well....I'm not encasing a plumbing fixture with a slight drip inside a wall! The tailpiece assembly is separate from its adjoining nut that puts the whole supply together for water. The PEX fitting was as tight as it could go and is now stuck in the tailpiece assembly because it spins with it. I have no way of getting it out! I took it apart after many hours wasted and replaced with a single handle faucet from Lowe's. There's some sort of defect in the manufacturing of that piece. They have good customer service but I'm not in the position to wait several weeks to get the part. This project needs to be finished and not delayed any more. This makes 2 out of 3 products we've gotten from KB that have issues. Therefore, I won't buy them again and would suggest steering clear no matter how cool they look.

this shower kit shipped fast and it looks good. i like the style of the handles and the shower head was very nice. very nice finish but unfortunately it was not compatible with the rough in plumbing I have and i did not want to go through the hassle of changing it out due to the fact I had just tiled over it. in the future if I have the chance to remodel another bathroom I will definitely choose this set. the return was fast and simple with a full refund.

What I was looking for. The water pressure dropped a little bit not nearly as bad as I thought it would.

We loved this set exactly what we were looking for, but unfortunately had to return due to our pipe fittings were incompatible.

Can't complain. The shower heads are very nice to the touch. There aren't a lot of good looking 3pc faucets sets out there. Everything is going in the way of single shower faucet. The oil rubbed bronze works very well with the concrete tiles. Would look good with all white ceramic as well. Wife and I are happy.

Perfect for what I was looking for. Looks awesome and functions great but the center wall ring cover was slightly bent.

The taps actually fit the old style of my bathtub- ultimately though would be an easy install to any normal home weren’t- I had a plumber install as a few if my pipes were hooped.They look and work great- well worth the $$

Comme c'était ma première installation d'un robinet de douche, je ne peux pas me fier à d'autres expériences, mais la qualité semble très correcte, la couleur est très belle et j'aime bien le look des poignées. J'avais un robinet Bélanger avant de changer pour celui-ci, je suis curieuse de voir la longévité des cartouches, mon eau est assez dure.J'avais magasiné pas mal et il semble n'y avoir que cette compagnie qui offrait des robinets à 3 poignées dans les couleurs foncées.

I ordered this product 3 times and each time there was an issue... twice there was missing parts and the other time one of the valves was bent so it could not be installed. I was sent boxes that had clearly been opened and returned...I finally gave up and ordered something else.
