This book is easy, the wisdom of Sadhguru is powerful, and the book propose some very easy and practical exercises that help to understand the meaning of a section. Sadhguru is using common good sense and it helps to just realise that simple changes can be powerful in your life.

My 1st book by Sadhguru - I have it as ebook however I bought hard cover copies for gifts to my siblings and colleagues who either moving on to different position or retiring.I was not sure whether I'd understand the infor in the book or not but I was pleasantly surprised the reading is very enjoyable as well as fun - humour in btw chapters or even within paragraphs are so apt and thought provoking.Feel very blessed to have had the opportunity to  Inner Engineering: A Yogi's Guide to Joy purchase from Amazon such an incredible piece of writing.I will always recommend this book to anyone who likes to explore books / yoga / meditation or simply for the sake of reading ... it has a magic of inspiring people to read more.Thanks to Sadhguru and Amazon also.In the Gift list for any occasion - this will always remain as my best option.
