Poor quality metals causes buckling centre of pan.
Okay, as non stick goes this pan was okay(so far). However, The pan base is of sub-standard materials and once heat is applied, the centre of the pan will rise making any pancake mix or liquid items run to the edges.This is due to a thin and/or sub standard metal being used, and I guess this is reflected in the price. For me this a minor inconvenience but does give any pancakes a very uneven consistency. How ever this purchase was for a very temporary fix until I purchase a much better quality pan.

bought it for pancakes, and its not much use. the pan is not pure flat, it bulges in the middle so when you pour in the batter it does not hold in the middle and spread evenly. picture attached
