Great looking design and quiet.
Very nice kettle with non drip pouring although water will come out past the lid if you angle it up too high, small gripe - wished the lid would fit better to avoid this happening. Maybe fit a ceramic seal? Very quiet in operation when boiling compared to our old Russell Hobbs and it looks a very smart bit of chic in the kitchen, very happy with our purchase would recommend.

Like the non-plastic, works well but noisy
Nice look, good quality, works well but is quite noisy, but not enough to bother me. The lid does get quite hot as stated, just have to be careful if needing refilling the water after boiling.

Excellent plastic free kettle
After using a plastic kettle and constantly having a nasty taste in my mouth, I decided to go plastic free. I chose this kettle in black, it has no plastic components at all. It looks good, it is very well made and I have had lovely comments about the style and my tea is now as it should be. I highly recommend this kettle.

Wipes clean
What I really like about this kettle is that it wipes clean so it looks as good as new. Drinks taste much better. The lid handle can get a bit hot if you boil it a few times.

Leaks and doesn't pour
The kettle was fine for the first few weeks, but now it won't pour properly and water leaks from around the lid and around the spout. More water ends up on the kitchen counter than in the cup. The lid also gets too hot to touch each time you use it, which makes refilling a problem — trying to refill through the spout is slow and messy. Definitely not worth the money, especially seeing as I'm probably going to have to replace it with something that actually works.

Little noisy but looks good
It looks pretty good, it’s a little noisy and maybe not the fastest kettle. The lid is quite stiff to pull out and you can’t see how much water is in it (no gauge on outside)

Very good buy, does its job!
Easy basic functions, not complex with multiple buttons aNd choices! Happy after returning a prev one which looked fancy but just didn’t boil the water!
