I had needed a new basket for my old fryer so i got this so i could use the small baskets with my old fryer and put it outside in my summer kitchen and now i have this one in my regular kitchen... for the price of a basket i now have two machines which is really awesome! I like how deep this one is and it seems like the baskets are high quality. It seems like the depth will help with messes not happening as much and the lid is very sturdy and substantial.

Had to get a smaller one because the only one I had before was one for my turkey and that one wasted too much oil. This fryer is small, but also big. It gets a lot done and quick. I like there are two sizes to use. The oil also stays clean. Cleaning the pan is also super easy.
