Took a couple of hours to assemble
This product is almost good. But it took me almost an hour to assemble 8 of them. Some little pieces are falling apart while your assembling it. And it is hard, I mean VERY VERY hard to assemble, it will leave your hand very sore when your done. Some parts are very sharp, so I suggest wear some gloves for extra protection. Would buy again just to make my shoeboxes uniformed if they lower their price a little bit because this are quite expensive.

I do wish it was cheaper, but it’s not the worst thing on amazon….
I mean….. it’s not the worst way to spend an hour on Saturday.NOTE: My shoe size ranges around 11.I have a preference of Adidas high tops.I have one pair of Supra high tops and one pair of Nike high tops. Neither of these fit (unless I really wanted to squish them in there) but all of my Adidas did fit.I think that’s important information to discuss. Your shoe mileage may vary.Let’s talk about assembly:everything came in a box, individually wrapped. each one had a paper with “picture instructions” and interestingly enough, i had a total of two diff directions randomly in each set.Combining these two instructions, here’s some info to help you:The sides of the box, on one end it is different than the other side. It has “diagonal bracing”. This extra braced end is the side that should connect with the door. It’s to add more strength to the area with an opening. Also, the sides slip into a track that is on the “bottom/top” and I found the best way is to FULLY butt the sides into the “closed end” of the track. (the other side of the track is “open” with a slight taper of the “track”)If you start the sides this way, and work at an angle inserting the sides, it’s easier than trying to just slam the whole thing in at once (I hate to say it, but everything is wavy plastic. It doesn’t fit right away.)Also, if you don’t follow my steps of inserting it into the very edge of the front, THEN you have problems with the hook tabs not inserting in the track.Does this make sense? I hope so. it’s not terrible to assemble. Still, all 8 took me an hour. I texted someone just before I started, so I was keeping track of my time.Next: Sides in first, I recommend NOW inserting the door, it seemed harder once it was a full box, THEN put the “top” on the floor, turn the “bottom and sides” upside down and place into the “top”…. just kinda lightly pop the top of the box to seat the sides into the top. Also finally, double check all your hook tabs EVERYWHERE, one loose hook tab can affect the whole thing.I don’t know what else to say. i’m just trying to organize my life, and this did work out well. I technically need a second one of these, but for now i’m gonna try out one for my shoes without boxes. My other shoes still have their original boxes, but I technically will need 16 of these things for my…. “collection”. …How did I get to this point in life…. Maybe if I ever meet a girl and she comes over, she will give me a chance cause at least I look like a decently well organized man-child.

Great Buy
I needed to find containers like the ones from the container store but get more for my money. After a ton of research I found these boxes and they’re easy to assemble in my opinion. Now it says it can for up to a size 12 but my fiancé is a true 13 and all his shoes fit inside of these containers which I was surprised and took a chance on because if it didn’t fit I would use it for me who is a women’s size 10. So if you’re hesitant for the guys who are size 13 you can fit your shoes inside if the box but nothing bigger because the shoes fit just right in the containers. Now on to order more

Really the best construction and value when compared to the rest!!!
I had originally order the HIYOHIYO 4 pack shoe storage and those I can say have absolutely zero quality control. More than half of the boxes came with something broken. It was super pain in the butt, so I needed a few more boxes and went where I usually get the crap boxes on Amazon and they were out... THANK GOD!! and I tried the Clemente box...WOW!! What a difference. I just recently placed and order for the Clemate Shoe Storage Box and I have to tell you with all certainty. I have over 32 HIYOHIYO boxes and it is the biggest mistake I've made. If I could do it over I would have ordered the Clemate Shoe Storage Box hands downs. They are sturdier, easier to assemble, are slightly longer and the quality control in 100% times better.Don't waste your time on any other sneaker storage. You can pay more for another brand but you won't get better. Like I said if I could I would replace every single HIYOHIYO box with the Clemente Shoe storage boxes... Learn from my mistakes. Hope this review helped some of you...

The BEST addition to my closet
These things are great! They give you the chance to see your shoes clearly and have easy access to them. The little hole where the handle is to open them gives your shoes the chance to breathe. I will admit that figuring out how to put them together took me a second because even though a step-by-step picture is included with the boxes, it doesn't show the details of which way the parts are to go. You'll see what I mean and quickly figure it out though. After that, putting them together will be a breeze. Great invention. Get you some! ( pictured are a few from when I first started putting mine together)
