I have an autoimmune disease and i take this product to help with some of my flare up symptoms. It's really helped me with inflammation as well as blood circulation

I did not notice a difference using this product

In the ever ending search for pain relief, this was a disappointment!

Like the capsules and the ointment. I see a good result, but takes long then advertised.
