I use a half dose to neutralize the effects of carbs.

This stuff is awesome works very well dose exactly what it says it dose!! I continue to purchase this every month!!

Just gives you gas or does nothing. You'll get nothing but extra farts out of this. Ask my wife.I believe an effective dose to get the desired effect would result in something akin to the scene in Willy Wonka where they drink the fizzy lifting drinks, only much worse.

I buy this product from my doctor's supplement store but since it has been sold out I bought it on Amazon. The product I received was sealed with ALUMINUM which Klaire has NEVER used in my experience of buying this product for the past 2+ years and I receive this product regarly (2x month) usually. I do not trust this product is effective based on the differing seal, my personal experience using it, and the mere fact that Klaire Labs specializes in products targeted towards to ADHD/ADD, Aspergers, Autism, etc, and is esspecially sensitive to additives and materials used in their products for this reason. Aluminum is a risk factor for Alzheimer's disease and I do not think Klaire Labs would use it to seal a product.

Not sure if these work as they should I will have to do more research, but I like the fact that it was reasonably price and that I found it quickly.
