How can they be for both overpronation and supination? are they interchangeable; like left goes in right shoe for supination?
I had an ankle fusion and the only comfortable shoes to wear are rocker bottoms. Will these act somewhat the same so I can wear my normal shoes?
Is the gel heel pad sitting in a shallow indentation in the hard plastic shell, or is it in a hole in the hard plastic shell (softer heel cushioning)?
Do they move inside of shoe?
