What is the blue fluid this comes with? Where do I get a refill?

Acitone I use it straight from a gallon can. You can get it at any paint supply store. They put blue die in it to make you think it's something special 🤣..... It works exactly like the mistry juice you get with the kit. The low temp stream pot was well worth the money..

Does it need to be used while it is plugged in? If so, is it long enough to reach the headlight? Does it come with the wall charger too?

it does not contain a battery... yes it needs to be plugged in.... make sure you read ALL the reviews, as it did not work for me. Good luck!
