Love everything about this reed.. my jean paul alto sax came with the same rico reed, 2.5 and I mistakenly scratched and spoiled it with my fingers but am happy to have this same product from sadeek music, much more comfortable, makes me sound good, gives me a relaxed and unpainful embouchure.. honestly this is extremely good. I recommend it for any beginner out there or even intermediate players
