the box the pitcher was shipped in looked like it was pre-opened
I ordered this Alkaline Water pitcher. I was excited when I received it, but, the box the pitcher was shipped in looked like it was pre-opened, and was unsealed. When I looked inside the box, the pitcher, lid, water filter housing and packaged filter was neatly packed; But, there were no instructions to explain about the features and its digital display on top of the lid. The display showed 60%, but, I could not determine if 60 represents 100, or it was originally at 100 and 40% was utilized. After I assembled the pitcher, and ran water through the filter a couple of times to remove any debris that may have come out of the filter. I then filled the pitcher and placed it in the fridge. Currently I have had the system now 4 days, and the water taste best when it is chilled, versus drinking it at room temperature. I will give the pitcher a chance to see if this rating remains the same or changes
