I bought this because I thought it would compress better than the typical Velcro waist trainer. It does! You can tighten it as much as you want. However, I didn’t make mine super tight because I still wanted to breathe. Even with it not being super tight while standing, it was definitely tight while sitting. I have a little Fupa so when I sit it poke out more. I wore this while driving to the store and it was so uncomfortable. And because it rolled up a bit while sitting , it wasn’t in the proper place anymore when I started walking around the store. And I couldn’t just take it off and start wrapping all over again. It was super tight where the Velcro part attached, but it kept riding up the bottom part of my stomach. And because it’s a wrap, it was not easy to adjust in public. Let just say when I got back to the car I snatched it off and didn’t care who was looking. Moral of the story is Yes it does compress well, but if you have a little extra stomach you may not be able to do much in it.

I love it it’s comfortable stretches it’s soft, especially when I work in the gym or for a walk

I thought this might be cheesy because it was so inexpensive but I love this trainer. It's really durable and the Velcro holds the whole time you wear it

I use to wear corsets but found it hard to move in, with this product however you want to wrap yourself in it stays and you can bend and move comfortabley, you can also sleep in this and the more your stomach goes down you don’t have to worry about buying more you can keep this forever! 10/10 would buy
