I don't normally take the time to write reviews but they have been truly life saving for me in a time in my life that stress was at its all time highest for me. I take 2 pills vs 4 but I fall asleep within 30 mins of taking them and sleep the entire night. no restless sleep anymore and feel so rejuvenated when I wake up.

Only magnesium supplement we use! I like that these are capsules instead of tablets. I only take one about 30-40 minutes before I want to sleep and sleep like a baby! No groggy morning feeling and I feel well rested. My 14 year old has trouble sleeping and I also give him one capsule at night. Magnesium is so much better for your body than melatonin which is not good for long term use, especially in kids.

I absolutely love these! I take them about an hour before bed and they work great to get me relaxed and stay asleep. I’ve totally noticed a difference at night, but you can take them when you want. Really helps with easing stress and improving sleep.
