I got these because the in-tank cleaner I usually use (120 Day Plus) was unavailable. I was hoping for something that would give me similar results - basically, I didn’t want to have to brush my toilet bowl.I’ve been using these for several weeks. I started with a clean, brushed toilet bowl as the instructions stated and followed all other guidelines. These have had 0 noticeable result on the cleanliness of my toilet bowl — I still have to brush it. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because who knows, maybe it’s at least antibacterial like it claims. But as far as I can tell, it’s just blue dye and a dirty bowl.

You really have to go namebrand in these cases. What's up with all the good reviews here? The item is ALRIGHT but it's not nearly as good as the reviews say. It's basically just turns your water blue. Which is part of what I want it to do , but I ALSO want it to CLEAN it. I've been watching a ring form around my toilet thinking, okay anyday now. It's been almost a week and a half and the ring is still there. SO gross. Also the blue isn't nearly as strong as name brand. I want a DEEEP DEEEP blue like the clorox ones. This is a pale blute, like you get when the name brand ones are running out. I bought two boxes and returned one. Wish I could return them both, but I used one cube already

Not only did this cause my toilet refill valve to stop working, I assume from clogging it, but it didn't even seem to keep the toilet any more clean than normal. The dyed blue water just hides the problem, doesn't actually fix anything. I was on my second square when it ruined my toilet so I'd like to imagine that's enough time to say it barely helps if helps at all.

I really wanted to like these because of the price. But you get what you pay for. The water is very light colored blue almost clear and it doesn’t clean very well. The name brand ones I had before did way better. I’ll be switching back to the name brand don’t waste your money on these.

I bought these hoping they would keep my toilets clean and disinfected between the more thorough manual cleanings. Man, did I ever get fooled. Now that I’ve used at least two of these in two separate toilets, I can say without a doubt that my toilets are not only not staying any cleaner, but they are actually GETTING DIRTIER FASTER! Yeah, you read that right. Using these in my toilet have caused both toilets to start developing a dirt ring right at water height level in the bowl in a matter of just a week or so. Prior to using them I don’t think I EVER actually had to clean a dirt ring from my toilet bowl (the kind you might see in a dirty bathtub), but for some reason these are causing them to develop, and quickly. Would not recommend.
