Q: I have ordered the hilary ridley pants twice and each time i receive pants by rekkucci not even in my size. why?

I have no idea. Every order I made I got exactly what I ordered.

Q: Do they shrink? I am hoping they will.

In my opinion they do not shrink.

Q: What is the waist height? High rise??

It is high rise. It does not say waist, there are available size M or L. shell-exterior: 74% rayon-rayon. 22%nylon, 4% spandex-elastano mesh-malla: 79% nylon, 21% spandex-elastano.

Q: Are the light colored pants see through?

I haven't worn mine yet, but the fabric is the same as the dark ones, so I would say you cannot see through them.
