Excellent thread but on a spool that I cannot use on my machine.
I purchased this thread because the Mettler thread works best for my machine sewing projects. Unfortunately, I didn’t read the description well as the spool will not fit on my Janome machine. It is made for a much larger machine. The thread is excellent however; I will just need to move the thread to a smaller spool.

Huge amount of high quality thread at a great price! I do a LOT of sewing and have the quality of materials have gone down hill over the years, this is the good stuff and I’ll be buying it again soon!

Superior Thread
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mettler threads. They run extremely smooth through the sewing machine as well as your fabric. While I also use Gutermann thread, I find myself using the Mettler threads more and more. Their silk finish cottons are far the best when needing a cotton thread.

So glad I found on Amazon. Prices lower and no shipping make this a great deal on a great thread. Handles machine quilting without breaking. Great weight, feel, and color. If you sew this is a great base thread and huge size!

Smooth thread
This thread is very slick and smooth. I read a review where they said it was lumpy. Maybe there spool was a bad batch but I have no problem with mine. I use it for garment sewing, and I am very pleased.
