Worked for a while...
I replaced a faulty turn signal switch in my 2007 Dodge 2500 with this switch about four years ago. The original switch was malfunctioning, and would sometimes indicate a right turn when I selected the left blinker. This switch fixed that problem, until recently when this one started to do the exact same thing.Unfortunately, it looks like I have to replace the switch again.I'm not sure if this problem is specific to a particular brand of switch, or if it's an inherent problem with this design, but I shouldn't really have to replace this part twice in the life of the vehicle. I bought my truck used several years ago, so I don't know if the switch I replaced last time was the original or not.I've never had to replace a turn signal switch on any other vehicle I've owned, but this is the second time on this truck. I don't use this truck on a daily basis, and when I do use it, most of the miles are highway miles, with minimal lane changes or turns that would wear out this switch. In my case, this switch didn't last more than 50,000 miles of mostly highway driving.

Better than stock and made in the USA !
My old multi-function switch was really messed up, and I wanted a replacement quick. I had purchased SHEE-MAR products for my 2001 Jeep Cherokee, and my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 in the past and wanted to get a multi-function switch by the same company, SHEE-MAR because I've had great luck with their products.*NOTE: Remember to remove the Positive (+) cable first from the battery before starting the switch replacement.I gave the "Ease of Install" only 3-stars because after you disconnect the battery, you will need to remove the airbag device from your steering wheel by unplugging the connectors in order to remove the four screws that are holding the switch in place. You will also have to turn the steering wheel left & right just to get at the screws. But the "Value for the Money" is spot on. I paid around $38 for the switch, and once installed. It worked beautifully! It worked on the first try!

Complaints are valid. But it eventually broke in.
Looks very similar but requires an added amount of force to "click" on and off of turning positions. I thought about returning it like many reviewers have posted before me, but it wasn't a big enough nuisance to justify uninstalling it. Over the next month of so its beginning to break in, I think in a few more months it'll function fine and no longer bother me.UPDATE *4 stars*-As I assumed it would, after about 6 months of use it broke in and is no longer hard to "click" on and off. Works fine, would recommend.

Intermittent wiper feature stopped working
Product looked well built. Easy installation as it was a direct plug and play. Everything was working great for about a year, then a couple things changed. It does not always turn off after turning (only sometimes), and the intermittent wiper feature stopped working. Now the switch only works on low and high, no intermittent wipers anymore. It was less expensive than the other options, but not worth it if the product's functional lifetime is very short.

Perfect fit.
My old switch only blinked right even when you switched it left. Solved my problem, worked great.

Exactly like it was when it was new!
The product is exactly as specified. When I installed it I forgot what it was like when the truck was new. The firm click back and forth, the firm click on turning left and right was great. It fixed my problem with the delays on my windshield wiper motor. Two thumbs way up. I would definitely buy it again! 😁

Acceptable
Fit perfectly but did not fix the problem. My wipers still do not work on intermittent. Perhaps this part is not the issue. However, I did notice the action is very stiff as other reviewers have noted. Also, it does not always auto cancel after turning.

Works
One week so far and it works perfect, it is a bit stiff to manually turn off the turn signal but honestly I was expecting a little bit of stiffness compared to my old one that was too loose. Install was easy but a pain.
