Careful, They're Fragile
Ordered two to see how I liked them. Pretty ingenious, so I ordered two more. Then I broke one of the cups while drying it. I put the dish towel in the cup then stuck my hand in it to wipe it out and, apparently was a bit too rough with it, the inner cup broke. Still like them and will purchase a replacement cup. Not good for every-day use (at least not in our house). Also looking at heart shaped spoons to go with them.

so I knew this unique heart shaped glass would be the perfect gift for him
My husband is a bit of a coffee snob, and only likes to use double-walled insulated coffee glasses, so I knew this unique heart shaped glass would be the perfect gift for him. I left the glass and a little love note by his espresso machine on Valentine's Day morning, and he loved the surprise!

Such a cute cup but not durable :(
I read the reviews before buying but decided to try as some times defective products happen. I used once with no problem. I hand washed and was very careful when handeling as I poured tea in it and went to get milk it popped shattering glass everywhere. Soo sad it is so a cute idea! Maybe just needs to be made thicker the glass was very dainty.

Very cute, wish it was a bit bigger
This is a pretty and cute glass, you can take nice pictures of your coffee if you like to do so (I don't). This would be a super cute gift to put in a care package with some chocolate or cocoa for the holidays for your lived ones. I personally think it's too small for my liking. I like bigger mugs and wasn't sure if this would be too small. The size is not extremely small to the point I find it useless, but it's just not big enough for me.

Better for display
I was a little disappointed in the size of this mug. And I bought the bigger size. It’s super cute, but not practical. If you like cream and milk in your coffee like I do, there is simply not enough room. I used the smallest setting on my coffee maker and it was all the way to the top, almost spilling over. Also, for $12 I expected it to be a little tougher. It feels so light that a good sneeze would break it, not how good quality glass should feel. Bottom line, very cute display piece, not a good coffee/tea mug.

Cute but hard to drink from without dribbling
I bought two of these mugs to go along with a coffee maker I gave my partner for Valentine's Day. After having used them for a couple of months, we've decided that although they're cute, they're hard to use. The dual layer of material that gives them the heart shape on the inside also gives you a lot to seal your lips around, especially if you've got a smaller mouth. It's not impossible to drink from them, but it takes more focus than you normally put into sipping a drink. Don't put your child's cocoa in this or you'll be laundering their shirt early. :)As other reviewers have said, the material is also unexpectedly thin and fragile. I haven't had a break yet, but it makes the cups feel cheap, more like plastic than glass. When I ordered, I was hoping to put these into our daily mug rotation, but now that I've used them for a while, I think they're best for special occasions like Valentine's Day, Mother's or Father's Day, and birthdays. If it ain't breakfast in bed, it ain't a heart-mug day in our house. Finally, other reviewers have also mentioned that the mugs are smaller than you expect, and I agree. The outside is bulky, while the inside doesn't hold as much as you'd think. Of course, one of the reasons is the dual layer, so it's unavoidable, and it's not really a complaint so much as a know-what-to-expect. The secondary problem with it, though, is that when you fill it past a certain point, you lose the heart effect. The top inch or so of the interior is where the internal heart tapers toward the external circle. To bring your significant other their cup of Love Caffeine in the morning, you need to leave far more empty space than you'd like. It can only look cute from the top *or* satisfying from the side. You can't get both at once. But it's not all bad. It's a charming novelty, and when my partner opened her gifts, she had just the response I'd hoped. It's not an everyday mug in my house, but it is a special-occasion mug. If you're a latte ninja who can make those frothy designs on top, you'll probably use it even more.

Very fragile glass broke
I saw this glass and fell in love. I immediately purchased and a day after I received order I drank hot chocolate out of it after that I went to hand wash the glass mug and inside broke. Very fragile and a complete waste of my money. Curious to know if others had the same issue

So cute!
So far, I love this little mug! And so did a friend I gifted one too. There will probably be a tiny imperfection on the bottom of the mug...presumably because the glass is blown, they both had it. It doesn’t bother me, but I could see my mom sending it back for something like that haha. Despite the rounded lip it doesn’t dribble. I love this mug.
