I purchased this backpack as a gift for my son, a subcontracted chef. While he hasn't mentioned a warranty, he HAS commented on how this could not have been a better solution for his needs. 'It is absolutely THE best bag ever. It's high quality, tough and durable with enough pockets and storage compartments to fit everything I would ever need for a job. From knives and utensils, to spices, linens, and even my notebooks & iPad .... It's definitely the swiss army knife of backpacks.' I'm thinking, by his reaction.... the warranty is secondary. lol
