Yes. The key is to know which setting to use. If you've had a brain map done and you know, specifically, which of your levels are low (beta, alpha, ...) Then it's easy to select the specific program you need. (Lightning bolt raises beta, Meditate increases alpha...)

Are the tracks just sounds or are there any vocally led meditations?

Just tones no vocally led meditations. Check out Mooji guided meditations on Youtube, instead. Very powerful.
