Works as described, my ear was blocked for two weeks after 3 minutes of receiving it, my hearing was back 👍

Does not work well
Nice design of product but the springs are tightly coiled so doesn't pick up anything from ear. When trying to pull on spring to open it a bit more it pulls of the stick. Not great quality.
