Perfect cholent mix! Right ratios and cook well in crockpot overnight.

A great find! I make cholent for Shabbos (yeah, even in the South Florida summer), and 1/3C of these beans, together with 1/2C of Sadaf pearl barley (sold here), 2 medium red potatoes, 1 onion, 1lb of cheap meat (the cheaper, the better... I use beef cheeks) and 1 pint of beef broth (plus seasonings), cooked for 16 hours in a 2-quart crockpot (on low) does the trick. I'm a single, old man, and it's enough for two meals (or one meal, for two... IF I "get lucky"). This is a great price, and no matter how many mouths you've got to feed, it's always a winner.

I cook them with chicken, beef or seafood. I use a little Piri Piri seasoning. Low sodium beef, chicken or vegetable broth and BAM. I like these beans very much, will definitely buy again. Give them a try👍🏼
