I love these things. Drinking coffee out of one of these glasses is addictive. It stays warm like it's in a stainless tumbler (not quite, but much better than a regular glass) with the sensory feeling of drinking from glass. There are however 2 VERY VERY big caveats to owning these glasses that may be a deal breaker for you. But keep in mind, this applies to ALL double wall glass tumblers. It doesn't apply to plastic or metal ones. 1) They are very delicate. I probably break one every 6 months. 2) They (and all double wall glass cups) need to be hand washed. If that works for you, they are awesome.

Unexpectedly sturdy and great as everyday mugs. I have an old set of smaller espresso-size Bodums from about twenty years ago that I love, but I initially tried to save a few dollars and buy a different brand when I wanted glass mugs. They proved really fragile and not truly dishwasher-safe because of the vent design, so I got these Bodums instead and am really happy I did. They fit well under the spout of my Nespresso Creatista, and they’re perfectly sized for milk coffee drinks and americanos (and they also work great for tea). I use them daily and treat them just like any old ceramic mug in terms of getting bumped around in the sink with other dishes, running through the dishwasher, etc., and they’ve held up great. They also do fine in the microwave and keep my drinks warm for awhile, and the double walls mean no coaster is required. The one-way valve plug in the bottom is a definite functional upgrade from the open hole of my older Bodums, and it’s not really visually noticeable and gives peace of mind when putting them in the dishwasher. Would definitely recommend spending slightly more for this reputable brand with a proven design.

Really nice glasses. They look better than tervis tumblers and don’t sweat on furniture. Double wall insulation keeps drinks cold longer than regular glassware.

Bodum glassware is my favorite coffee, tea, any hot beverage vessel. I purchased this set as a gift for a family member who loves making cappuccino. They are extremely light weight, durably strong. They fit nicely in the hand. Outside glass never gets hot and the contents stay hotter longer. The glasses are perfect for espresso, cappuccinos or any drink that has layers. Dishwasher safe! I have cups that over 10 years old and they look as new as day one.

Beautiful glasses perfect for warm or cold

I like these glasses. They keep my evening wine chilled longer than a regular wine glass does. They have held up during all the washings over the last few months. The one thing that I don't like is the diameter of the glass. I have small hands, and struggle to hold them for a long period of time because my hands start to ache. I should have done more research about the overall size. Most of my drinking friends have no problem since they have larger hands. If you have smallish hands, I suggest you get smaller diameter glasses. These are well made and lovely to look at. I think it was a good buy on Vine, which is not exactly free. I will be paying taxes on the total cost when I file my taxes next year.

I was reluctant to purchase these due to some reviews saying the glass is very fragile. I'm glad I bought them! they are awesome. Sturdier than they seem and hold the perfect amount of espresso! Very good quality!

There are wonderful! I have ordered them several times after discovering them several years ago and have gifted them as well.

Súper bonitos no encuentras otros que se le comparen, están lindos y resistentes, puedo tomar mi jugo favorito frío y sin problema mi café caliente. Cada vez que vienen a visitarme y les comparto jugo en los vasos, siempre me los chulean!!!

Products are ok but it wasn’t Bodum!!

A must for people who are serious about what they put in their cup. If you’re like me and like to sip instead of chug, these are the cups for you. The double-walled construction helps to keep my hot or cold drinks at desired temp longer. It’s not a thermos so it won’t keep hot drinks piping hot but then again , it’s a cup after all. In addition to the 12 oz mugs , I also have the espresso cups. I hand wash but they can go in dishwasher. I’ll slowly replace all of my drinking cups with the Bodum brand and I will start gifting them to family so that they can experience the quality and I can drink from these cups at their homes! Quality, sustainability and beauty, buy them.

Patented for a reason! I have tried many styles and brands - the only twin wall glasses that have never filled with water (especially in the dishwasher) is Bodum. Pricey - but for a reason. These are the best. The most durable and the best to hold - slimmer less chunky.
