My son has a lot of anxiety and he does take medication. He had a panda stress ball that got messed up. He ordered a couple of new ones but the quality was horrible and we threw them away. We wanted to find a stress toy that was solid and stuffed animal like. My son has been so happy with his new kitties and he brings them to school. Many of his friends have purchased them as well. I needed a reliable stress ball for plasma donations. I looked quite a bit and I saw mostly painted ones so I was interested in these little kitties right away because they are fabric coated. They hold up to my squeezing and the cute fuzzy kitties make me smile even when I’m nervous about it. I recommend them for anyone who donates plasma. It holds up and is very soothing. I bought two of them and love them both!!

I think one of the most important things is that it is an actual stress ball under the kitty cover. I was worried it was going to be just like a ball of cotton, but it's some sort of durable squeezable ball underneath. If you're having a mental crisis during the school year, I highly recommend bert.
