One of the best single handed open/seal caps. Adequate as a thermal cup
Works well - larger opening than the original version. Opens wide for cleaning. Dishwasher safe.Actually only one issue - it keeps the drink acceptably warm for a coup[le hours tops. That goes down if you have drunk some of it too. I have better performing cups - but noe as convenient and easy to use and clean as this. Its good enough if not perfect.

Absolutely great, but not perfect
The heat doesn't last that long compared to other brands but it lasts as long as I need it. If you close the lid too fast, the drink dribbles down the bottle making a ring or getting hands wet. If used properly, it's great and lasts between 3-4 hours keeping Tea or coffee drinkable.

It’s ok
Keeps coffee super for hours, the lid is ok.

Well made travel mug but not for the elderly
I bought this as a present for someone elderly who found it difficult to squeeze the trigger to open it to drink from. The other issue mentioned was the mug does not keep the area you drink from clean as it is exposed. This suggests that although the promotion videos shows people doing active recreations, this mug is perhaps best suited for use in a car or on your desk if there is a danger of dropping or knocking it over.

Not enough flow for me
I need to take regular water due to some health problems. I ordered the camelback due to its name reputation and the need for a insulting type of bottle for outside use when warm. Unfortunately there is not enough flow of water (even in the locked open position) and I have had to resort to the use of my 720 degree plastic non insulated bottle which gives me the amount of liquid I require!

Easy to carry around
Not my favourite cup, but not a bad cup by any leap of the imagination, it doesnt leak, it has a fantastic carry handle, the vent latch is superb no holding the trigger to drink, and keeps drink warm a reasonable time, my most important criteria, but the drinks dribbles rather than flows out. However I kept it as in certain work and outdoor situations the handle is very useful, I prefer Stanley's neverleak model but this is a good mug and why not have one mug for the walk and another for the return to the car later. its a 4.8 rather than a 5, but I round up.

Leaky design flaw
Keeps drinks hot (probably cold too) as promised. Looks great!I have a major issue is with the cap, its a great design 'idea' just executed really badly and is probably simple enough to resolve.Firstly, there is slide lock to keep the cap open whilst in use but no such lock to keep it from opening, therefore leaking if the latch is accidently pressed, say in a bag or something. The button / latch is quite large so you really can't bung it in a bag and forget about it, it will leak everywhere. That seems an obvious oversite but not my main grumble. The main grumble is that if you take a swig there is always a small amount of fluid left in the cap outside the sealed closure. So if you tilt the bottle only slightly (whether the seal is closed or not) you will always get a dribble of fluid running down the outside of the flask and over your hands. The only way to prevent that is after each swig to take a suck from the cap with the seal closed, which 9 times out of 10 you will forget to do.I have a lot of Camelbak bottles of all sorts for cycling, hiking etc, this one i like the most (to look at) and hate the most (to use). It could be brilliant but is a fail!
