Since the 1950s, the cute animal and decorative lights have been produced in southern Germany by the company Heico. In 2016, Heico was adopted by the Belgian company Egmont Toys. The production of the light body continues to be carried out in Germany. Each light body is unique and is first poured into a mould from special plastic. It is then lovingly hand-painted by experienced workers. The colours used come from Germany and the EU. They are free of ingredients harmful to the environment and health.

In 2017, the light system of the lamps was converted to LED for safety and environmental reasons. Therefore, we offer the opportunity for retrofitting for the older models that are still equipped with a 230 V socket with bulb.
