But you can also add a thicker layer of the cream to feel much more hydrated. In the video I used too much cream for the small area of skin on my hand so it was too hard to work it in, it blends in and soaks up much faster on the face leaving a moisturized but not greasy or sticky residue.I have used this in combination with their serum and they work beautifully to plump and hydrate the skin, the face definitely looks at least 5 years younger when using this and has a beautiful glow. The cream allows for easy spread application and fast absorption into the skin. You only need a few fingertip touches in the cream to have enough for the whole face. I haven’t had any adverse skin reactions, soreness or reddening and I have been using it for over 2 weeks. It is a good face cream and leaves skin soft and smooth with no oily finish.As for the replenish and renewing properties, well that is impossible to say, and you will have to decide if you trust the science / manufacturer or not. The only true way to test a face cream is to only apply to half your face every day/night and compare the results in 30 years – assuming you have a supply to last you that long.I generally don’t take any notice of the promises, the “proven” qualities and percentage differences etc. as the chances are theoretical, or just plain made up – who would know? I just use a moisturiser and look after my skin as best I can because I do think they are beneficial in the long run. It also has quite a strong smell that reminds me of stale roses, which is not particularly enjoyable.On the plus side, it is moisturising and did make my skin soft by the morning. Personally, I thought the scent was a little unusual, partly tree tea and partly ‘barky’ which does make sense but don’t expect floral notes with this cream. The cream is 100% natural, and its ingredient list includes red maple bark extract and green tea leaf extract with bergamot oil.In terms of moisturising, it did do a good job and I have not had any adverse reactions to the cream.Priced at £14.84 at the time of reviewing buying as a one off (although you can subscribe and save) it comes presented in a nicely designed container and moisturises my skin well.
