tasty and easy to drink!
This is my fourth pregnancy, and I have had a terrible time each pregnancy taking vitamins. I am too nauseous to take them, and I often also have a difficult time drinking even enough water to swallow a pill. I was very excited to discover an effervescent prenatal vitamin! I was a little worried I wouldn't like the flavor, but it's actually very good. It's the biggest glass of water I can easily manage all day (I try to drink as much as I can, but it's difficult through the nausea). I used to take the gummy prenatal vitamins, but they are subpar and don't include iron (and I would usually end up slightly anemic). I'm pleased that these effervescent vitamins contain iron. They are expensive, but well worth the price as this will be my first pregnancy that I'll be able to manage daily vitamins! I'm hopeful that these will help keep me hydrated and also reduce my risk of anemia, in addition to keeping me full of the vitamins my baby needs. There is a slight chalky/gritty bit at the end, as would be expected (similar to what's left after downing a glass of Emergen-C, another effervescent packet for boosting the immune system). It's not horrible, though, although I do wonder if I'm losing a slight bit of the vitamins/minerals that get left in the glass. Still, it's more than I'd be able to get from a pill that I can't swallow!

Wonderful prenatal
I have taken this since Spring 2014 when I first got pregnant and I could not stomach prenatal pills with my morning sickness. I continued to take it throughout the pregnancy, and it kept me feeling good and my vitals great (no anemia). I continued taking it while breastfeeding for 14 months and am actually still taking since I may become pregnant again soon. It has a pleasant berry flavor, is easy to take with no stomach issues, contains good quality absorbable vitamins (folate, lower doses of vitamin A partially from beta carotene), natural sweetener (stevia) and the packets travel well. My only complaint is that Amazon does not offer a subscribe and save option so it can arrive automatically every month! Highly recommend.

Great vitamin, decent taste
The vitamin breakdown is great, but there is definitely a chalky consistency and slight aftertaste. Also good is that it doesn't bother my stomach at all. I take it with the Nordic Naturals prenatal DHA as directed by the APA.

Good product
I love being able to drink my vitamins because I can not swallow those pills. The flavor is good, I found I tolerated it better if I drank it while eating my meal than alone. I initially thought this was working great since it has a methyl folate for my MTHFR mutation BUT after one week I began to notice symptoms and had to stop taking this vitamin and change to another.

Fizzy drinkable vitamin goodness.
I always have a hard time swallowing pills. I also just recently found out that I am anemic and the doctor suggested I take a prenatal vitamin. I knew I wanted to find a drink mix rather than a pill if possible. Harder than you think when looking for gluten free and soy free as well. So happy to come across this drink mix. I've used the mix twice now so far. I like how it feels a little fizzy in your mouth. However, the flavor could be improved. I'm hoping they make some different flavors in the future.

Tastes SO bad
Honestly I dont get why people this had such good reviews. It smells like those chalky texture vitamims you take as a child (so horrible), and it tastes pretty bad. Not to mention all the powder settles in the bottom of the glass. So good luck drinking that. I am HORRIBLE about taking my prenatals, so I figured something like this might work. I think I'll stick it taking my vitamins in pill for. At least then its over in 3 seconds

Does have folate & won't make you nauseous
I had been taking the regular Oxylent multi for about 3 years & I've been using the prenatal version for about 4 month now. It's the only prenatal that I can actually stomach taking every day. I could only take other brands every other day because they made me feel light headed and queasy. I love that Oxylent doesn't make me feel nauseous so I can drink it everyday! I also love how complete the ingredient list is including all the folate and iron needed for a healthy pregnancy! Not sure where the confusion from other reviewers was about folate vs. folic acid? The only thing I could think of is that maybe they got an older version from a faulty seller. I always make sure I'm purchasing from the brand itself on Amazon, when it comes to health products and not a reseller. Also the packaging for the newer version is very different from the old packaging. The taste with water alone is just ok. The best way for me to drink this is with a splash of juice and flavored sparkling water. Then it's more like a fancy mocktail than a powdered vitamin drink. :)

I really wanted to like this!
I really wanted to like these vitamins! The quality is great and they are recommended by the American Pregnancy Association. I had severe nausea with my first pregnancy so now that I am pregnant with my second child, I thought that this would be a good alternative to big prenatal vitamin pills. Unfortunately for me, I find this drink hard to stomach. The taste isn't bad but the powder doesn't dissolve completely despite lots of shaking and stirring, so it ends up being gritty. I find that it makes me nauseated just thinking about it. If you don't have problems with nausea, this is a great product but if you are like me, it might make your nausea worse.
